Return & Refund Policy
At Infinite Divine Energy Alignment, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are applicable only to *tangible/physical products* purchased through our website.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and preferably in its original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, used, or tampered with after delivery may not be eligible for a return. Share the unboxing video of the product.
2. Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
*The product amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable logistics, shipping, or return-related charges.*
For example, if a product was purchased for ₹500 and applicable logistics/return charges are ₹100, the eligible refund will be ₹400.
3. Return Shipping & Logistics Charges
The customer may be responsible for applicable *logistics, shipping, pickup, and return-related charges*. These charges will be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
4. Non-Tangible Services
*Digital, consultation, healing, astrology, tarot, and other non-tangible services are non-returnable and non-refundable once the service has been booked, initiated, or delivered*, unless otherwise agreed by Infinite Divine Energy Alignment.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with relevant details and photographs/videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
